Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of ScriptCoveragePro, a service of First Draft Filmworks. By placing an order, you agree to them.
The service
We provide script coverage: an evaluation of a screenplay you submit, produced using AI analysis and finished by a human reader. Coverage is professional opinion and feedback — it is not a guarantee of sale, representation, production, or contest success.
Your account & submission
- You must create an account and sign in before placing an order.
- You confirm you own or have the right to submit the material you upload.
- Submit a complete screenplay PDF within the page limit of your chosen package.
Payment
Prices are shown per script and charged at checkout through PayPal. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.
Turnaround
We aim to deliver your coverage by email within 24 hours of a confirmed order. If a delay is ever unavoidable, we'll let you know.
Refunds
Because coverage is custom work, an order can't be refunded once the report has been delivered. If something went wrong on our end — a missed delivery or an order taken in error — contact us and we'll make it right.
Your rights in your work
You keep all rights to your screenplay. We claim no ownership of your material and use it only to produce your coverage, after which the source file is deleted (see our Privacy Policy).
Acceptable use
Don't submit material that isn't yours, that's unlawful, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may decline or cancel an order that violates these terms.
Liability
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
